Why is it so hard to cancel Crunch membership? ›

Some Crunch gyms are independently owned and operated by franchisees; as such, cancellation policies and procedures may vary by location based on state and local guidelines. See your local club for details if you have any questions regarding cancellation of your membership.

With Crunch's Peak and Peak Results membership packages, for instance, members can visit any of our nearly 400 locations worldwide and be treated just like they would at their “home” Crunch.

If you want to opt-out of receiving promotional emails, simply click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of all of our emails. Although we strive to update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are able to remove you.

You will have to return your membership card to your local Crunch gym. You will have to pay any unpaid dues prior to the cancellation date.

At Crunch Fitness, we believe that even an inexpensive gym can give you everything you need to reach your fitness goals. To back up that claim, we charge only $9.99 for our basic membership, $22.99 for our Peak membership, and $31.99 for our Peak Results membership.

It depends. Joining fees are usually negotiable because gyms would rather have a consistent monthly income than lose a potential member over a one-off payment. Unfortunately, if a gym refuses to wipe the enrolment fee, you won't be able to use the facilities until you've paid it.

Guests must be over the age of 18 & not a current Crunch member. Guests must complete the guest register and show a valid ID upon entry. You may not transfer your membership to another person. Your membership is personal to you and cannot be used by anyone other than you.

How do I get my money back from Crunch? ›

If you request a refund within 14 days from payment and the service has been completed, no refund will be issued. If you request a refund after 14 days from payment, no refund will be issued. Any refunds issued will be made back to the original payment method.
